Our training programs
At Securitas Direct, we believe in the importance of continuous further training. The idea behind our training programs is for our employees to develop step by step in their professional roles and to take on more responsibility as they do so.
We offer a unique training system that includes courses and further training in management skills, marketing & sales, communication and finance.
All training activities within the group have been gathered within a joint concept: the Securitas Direct Training Concept. This includes training for all professional categories within the company, but with a particular emphasis on developing the managers of today and the future.
Direct College Program
Foundation training for all employees appointed within Securitas Direct. Apart from training appropriate for the position of the individual concerned, students are tutored in the company´s policies, values and service-minded approach to customers. Within each professional category, the program then provides in-service training, for example as sales personnel.
Direct Business Program
The next stage of the training program is adapted for those who aim to go further and become supervisors, coaches and managers. In addition to management training, this program gives students a thorough grounding in the way in which our business is constructed and operates.
Direct Academy Program
This is ultimately a more prolonged educational and training program, the purpose of which is to prepare future leaders and managers in an international environment. This includes in-depth business know-how, managerial skills and personal coaching.
