Léonore is a good example of this herself. For six years she held different positions at Securitas and Securitas Systems before joining Securitas Direct four years ago. She started off as personnel manager but has since taken an operative role.

Léonore stresses that the company's success is based largely on staff development. This, she says, is achieved through highlighting best practice, offering skills development, encouraging teamwork and highlighting opportunities for new challenges and career advancement.
