Securitas Direct´s corporate culture is based on our three core values - Friendly, Reliable and Performance. These three words guide us in our day-to-day work.
The way in which we treat the people with whom we come into contact is characterised by these three words. This applies to our behaviour towards our colleagues as well as in our encounters with customers. These three words describe what we are, the characteristics of our work, the associations we aim to create and the way in which we distinguish ourselves from our competitors.
But they can mean different things to different people depending on their role within the company. Each individual must define for him or herself the significance of these words in relation to the duties they perform.
